SHIPPING POLICY
NP Set is beauty without borders and we offer shipping on orders internationally, outside of United States of America and Australia. Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order per address. Please ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to check out. Napoleon Perdis takes no responsibility for delivering to incorrect addresses supplied by customers.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Dependent on your shipping address, delivery may take up to 10 (ten) working days
Orders delivered to an address outside Australia will be charged the USD RRP. Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics Inc is required by law to collect local sales tax on orders where applicable. Sales tax is determined by the customer's ship-to address.
Shipping Costs
Australia: $15.00
Within USA (except Hawaii and Alaska): $7.50
All other International deliveries (including Hawaii and Alaska): shipping cost will be displayed upon checkout
Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your order reaches your country. Napoleon Perdis does not collect duties and taxes. If you incur these additional charges, they must be rendered prior to your order clearing customs. You will be contacted by the freight forwarder prior to delivery. Orders delivered to the United States of America and Australia are not subject to duties.
To avoid delays in receiving your order, we recommend that you have the item delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it. All orders require a signature upon delivery. We recommend you use an address where the delivery can be made between 9:00am and 5:00pm. For order uncollected and returned to Napoleon Perdis, Napoleon Perdis reserves the right to on charge any additional costs incurred to Napoleon Perdis.
